colorful southern cows ….especially their horns in so many various shapes

wild asparagus ….for being a bouquet for a short 20 minutes before the meal

pinares costeros ….for its smell. and its name, too

this new sling ….but actually not so much the sling as the studio company in constructing mood

plates and spoons ….for being unintentionally nice

three indoor salads ….and their braver buddies outside

potatoes ….a whole bag full of dusty farmer’s market potatoes sitting in my kitchen

this hair ….because

an upside down boat ….and lots of tiny (upright) houses. off season museum visits are perfect

early sunlight ….and the delight of a morning walk not in my own town

empty plates ….warmer temperatures bring back the lunches in the studio outside the studio

the sheltered art case ….moved from one corner to the other it just so completed the studio ‘kitchen’ nook

some gathered willow catkins ….not as colorful as flowers but good at spreading some coziness and especially patient with little curious hands

the sight of growing bananas ….it means i found a very warm spot in this rainy cold weather

these last three cookies ….and a certain someone who took a little bite of every single one
